Reflects on New Year resolutions and the capacity for personal reset at any time throughout the year.

A new year brings with it an opportunity for reflection — a chance to assess where we've been and where we want to go. But more than that, it reminds us that we can reset and begin anew at any point throughout the year.

The question isn't just 'what do I want to achieve?' but 'who do I want to become?' Resolutions work when they're grounded in your values, your vision, and a genuine desire for change — not just social pressure.

This year, instead of a long list of resolutions, try choosing one area of your life to nurture with intention. Make it meaningful. Make it yours.
