Over the past 30 years I have worked with an incredibly diverse range of people in all sorts of roles including: Personal and small group training; Wellness coaching; Teaching and lecturing; Facilitating Corporate Wellness Workshops; High performance coaching with athletes; Fitness video presenting and live event presenting.
THE MIDLIGHT SERIES
With my Midlight Series, I'm expanding my mission to shine a light on the middle years. Perimenopause, Menopause and beyond are not a time of decline but an opportunity for renewal and resilience. My goal is to give women evidence-based strategies, compassionate coaching and practical tools to manage hormonal changes, reduce stress, and embrace long-term health span with confidence.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Applied Science and Physical Education
