My coaching creates a personal wellness vision, identifies patterns that are holding you back, facilitates sustainable change, and supports you to live well with purpose, energy, and confidence.

Connection: Initial phone or Skype chat to ensure compatibility and mutual understanding.
Well-being Assessment: Confidential assessment covering various health and wellness aspects, delivered via email.
Initial Consultation (90 minutes):
- Reviewing assessment results
- Exploring desired changes
- Shaping your future vision
- Establishing three-month goals
- Designing practical weekly action plans

Our Wellness Coaching relationship is a unique one; some coaching clients work with me every week, while others may touch base 4 times a year. Future sessions are tailored to your Wellness Vision and can incorporate:
